Documents Required from Applicant

  1. Passports with a Validity of 8 Months Minimum with all previous passports.
  2. 04 Photographs (2*2) with white Background
  3. Bank statement with account maintenance certificate, issued not more than 7 days and a minimum balance of 300,000 PKR per person.
  4. For Employs, Need job letter, business card and 3 months’ salary slips.
  5. For Business Owners, Letter Head, Business card and NTN certificate.
  6. NIC Copy
  7. Family Registration Certificate from Nadra
  8. Contact Numbers and Email address of the applicant

Documents Required from Sponsor Company

  1. Company Letter which states purpose of travel with list of participants
  2. Proof of Business (Company Profile/Annual Report/Company Chamber of Certificate/NTN Certificate/Taxation Certificate)
  3. Last Six months bank statement. (Bank Statement Required 01 week prior to appointment date)
  4. Account maintenance letter.

Note: Consulate / Embassy can demand further documents / requirements any time during process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • 70% Advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
  • No services including hotel, airline is booked as yet, availability will be reconfirmed once proposal is approved.
  • Bookings will be made at the time of confirmation.
  • Early check-ins / late checkouts are subject to availability.
  • In case if any additional tax/surcharge is indulged by the Government/Supplier, it will be applicable as per actual.
  • Cancellation of any services would be applied as per supplier’s policy and will be updated later.
